MN UTILITIES ENGINEERING SDN BHD (MNUESB)
(f.k.a. Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd)
Through MNUESB, we procure, supply, deliver, install, lay, construct, test and commission as well as inspect, repair and maintain underground utilities or product pipelines that form the overall utility systems for our customers.
This includes:
- Power cables, auxiliary cables and accessories for electricity transmission and distribution;
- Telecommunication and fibre optic network for fixed and mobile telephony services;
We provide substation engineering services and solutions mainly to private and public utilities companies in the power industry in Malaysia through our subsidiary MPTSB.
We undertake the following substation EPCC works including:
- Design and establishment of indoor and outdoor electrical substations, structural and civil construction for medium and high voltage power substations, medium and high voltage underground cabling and overhead line systems for transmission and distribution lines; and
- Project management, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of medium and high voltage power substations, medium and high voltage underground cabling and overhead line systems for transmission and distribution lines.
MN SEMANTRA SDN BHD
Specialist sewerage and drainage pipeline infrastructure
MN Semantra Sdn Bhd is a specialist contractor in sewerage and drainage pipeline infrastructure, with core expertise in trenchless construction in trenchless construction technology. We provide end-to-end solutions for the installation of underground sewerage pipelines for the transportation of sewage, as well as drainage pipelines designed for the controlled conveyance of stormwater and surface water.
By adopting advance trenchless contruction methods, we deliver high-precision pipeline installations with minimal surface disruption, making our solutions ideal for urban, congested, and environmentally sensitive areas.

Specialist EPCC contractor for gas pipeline
Through MN O&G, we deliver engineering design, procurement, construction testing, commisioning, and maintainance of gas pipeline systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations for our clients.
This includes:
- Engineering design, technical planning, and project management;
- Procurement and supply of carbon steel and polyethylene (PE) gas pipeline materials;
- Installation, laying, and construction of new underground gas pipelines;
- Relocation, modification and upgrading of existing pipeline systems;
- Testing, Commisioning, and long-term maintainance support.
